William David Alexander, RPA

David Alexander brings over 35 years of experience to the appraisal business and has been appraising mineral properties, oilfield personal properties, and light industrial properties since 1976. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a minor in Economics and is registered with the TDLR in Austin.

Charles Price, RPA

Charles Price is a registered appraiser and certified professional geologist with experience appraising income-producing properties including petroleum, coal, and hard mineral, as well as industrial and commercial properties. He spent four years with the Tennessee Division of Property Assessments prior to joining Capitol Appraisal Group. He has an MA in Energy and Mineral Resources from the University of Texas at Austin, an MS in Geology/Geophysics from the University of Tennessee and a BS in Geology from Birmingham-Southern College.

Kenny W. Smith

Kenny W. Smith is a registered mineral appraiser and offers primary support for the Royalty Taxpayer Phone (RTP) system assisting royalty interest owners. He provides valuable analysis of information for clients, mineral well operators, and tax agents. He is completing his Bachelors at St. Edwards University in Austin, Texas.

LeLaina Taylor

LeLaina Taylor is a mineral appraiser who has been involved in the appraisal industry since 2002. She specializes in market value appraisal of mineral property with in-depth knowledge of accepted principles, methods, and techniques. She is a graduate of Kilgore College with an Associates of Applied Science in Accounting.

Stephanie Bridges

Stephanie Bridges is a division order analyst. She has a background in state government and assists with maintenance of ownership for oil and gas leases. She has a Bachelor's degree in English from Oklahoma State University.

M. Esther Garza

Esther Garza is a division order analyst with over 25 years of experience in computer operations and maintenance of ownership for oil and gas leases. She joined the company in 1983 and served in data processing, where she handled tax roll and receipts before moving to minerals. Esther currently works with clients, operators, and tax agents to address royalty interest and ownership questions.

Chandra Morris

Chandra Morris is a division order analyst with 25 years of experience. She maintains the ownership of oil and gas properties and provides valuable analysis of lease information for clients, operators, and tax agents. Chandra came to Capitol Appraisal Group in 1991 after serving with the Liberty County Appraisal District.

Althea Roberts

Althea Roberts is a division order analyst with 30 years of experience. She came to Capitol Appraisal Group in 1984 after working at the Bexar County Appraisal District. She maintains the ownership of oil and gas properties and provides analysis of lease information for clients, operators, and agents.

Jordan M. Aldridge

Jordan Aldridge is a mineral appraiser specializing in oil and gas properties. She has previous field experience in the Eagle Ford Shale and the Gulf of Mexico. Jordan is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a BS in Geology.

Landon A. Lansford

Landon Lansford is a mineral appraiser with large-scale experience in the oil and gas industry. His work with major oil and gas operators includes reservoir and drilling engineering in the Permian Basin, Haynesville, and the Deepwater Gulf of Mexico.  Landon is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Petroleum Engineering. 

Na Wei

Na Wei assists with maintenance of mineral ownership. She has experience in data analysis, accounting, spreadsheets, and background research for a brokerage firm. She graduated from Texas State University with an MA in Accounting.

Tina N. Cortez

Tina Cortez provides assistance for division order analysts and offers primary support for the Royalty Taxpayer Hotline. She provides valuable information for royalty owners, operators, and tax agents. Her previous experience includes 10 years working for the IRS.

Evelyn Santiago

Evelyn Santiago is a division order analysts maintaining the ownership of oil and gas properties. She provides valuable analysis of lease information to clients, mineral lease operators and tax agents. She has strong customer service skills from her previous nine years in the banking industry.
